Sources: for this and every other Test playing nation's 1st class cricket.
1. ACS OVERSEAS FIRST CLASS ANNUAL 2023 (compiled by John Bryant, Association of Cricket Statisticians and Historians, 598p.). This is the Gold Standard print publication for a record (full scorecard) of every 1st Class match (International Test and Domestic match) played in 2022-23 in 10 of the 12 Test playing countries (Ireland not included because they did not have a domestic competition or play a Test Match in 2023), England is not included in this source because complete 2022 competition (County Championship) and 2022 home Test Matches are covered in print in the 2023 edition of Wisden Cricketer's Almanac (P. 271-669). The 2023 English First Class season will be covered in the upcoming 2024 Wisden.
Both OSFCAs and WCAs are available for purchase. I highly recommend both.
In this era of electronic media and instant access, OFCA and WCA are exhaustive, easily portable resources. WCA's coverage of English 1st class cricket is part of an annual publication that has been in existence, without interruption, since 1864. OFCA bases its compilation on the most exhaustive cricket database in the world, Cricket Archive. OFCA's scorecards are organized by country (alphabetical), one scorecard per page. With the exception of India and Sri Lanka, all scorecards contain data for time at the crease. The other indispensable feature of OFCA is that it lists the the fall of wickets and which batsmen fell for Pakistan's Domestic competitions.
I prefer to use print sources as a base. Turning pages of a well indexed book is an easier task than trying to figure out numerous organizational schemes at Internet sites and databases, no matter how exhaustive they might be. However, the Internet provides hundreds of links to more information on these matches, in the form of match reports, ball by ball scoring and/or commentary, match statistics and graphics (partnership diagrams, worms, manhattans, etc.), photographs, match video highlights, and full match videos. These sources are diffused throughout the Internet. Locating and centralizing these resources is a job that a retired Librarian who loves cricket cannot resist. It will take time, but that is a commodity that I have at the moment. And if it helps you to enhance your enjoyment of International and Domestic cricket, that will be my reward.
2. Cricinfo:
International Tests are listed first. Then scroll down to "First Class" for coverage of each Domestic Competition.
3. Cricket Archive (paid subscription required)
Link country by country and then the competition you are interested in. CA provides, in most cases, both time at the crease and the over that wickets fell.

Partnership of 73 in 154 balls (50 in 71) with Shamsurrahman (16 in 83) for the 6th wicket in the 1st Innings (87/5 to 160/6)
Shared in partnerships for the last 6 wickets in the 2nd innings that totaled 152 in 282 balls, helping take the team from 73/4 to 225 all out.
Notes:
Although Karim Janat was a worthy player of the match, there were also others, bowlers, one an old veteran (2009- 36 years old) who is one of Afghanistan's greatest fast bowlers, and the others 2 First Class debutants.
Hamid Hasan, B-E-A's lead fast (or fast medium, depending on the source) has been playing in all three formats of the game (Limited overs and T20 internationally, Limited overs, T20s, and First Class domestically). He has played for teams in Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, and England on the domestic scene. He has bowled 9,701 deliveries in his career, mostly very fast and often times very hostile. He took this match by the scruff of the neck in Mis Ainak's 2nd Innings, when they were set 309 to win.
He began the Innings by suffocating opener Rahim Mangal, allowing him 3 runs in 19 balls before knocking him out of the match, retired hurt on the 20th. That reduced the number of wickets to win from 10 to 9. Though he finished that spell at 6-2-7-0 (his only spell of the innings), Hamid set the tone for a dominant 189 run win.
Mis Ainak's debutant bowler, Mohibullah Zurmati (Right arm medium, 18 years old), began the match as the 2nd bowler, and took the first 3 wickets of the innings, (B-E-A's 1-3 batsmen, leaving the defending League champions at 38-3). He had match figures of 20-2-57-4 and was the opening bowler in the 2nd Innings.
But B-E-A's debutant, Izharulhaq Naveed (Spin--Right arm leg break, 22 years old), did Zurmati one better. First summoned in the 38th over of Mis Ainak's 1st innings, he was blasted for 14 runs in the 6 ball over, taking B-E-A's score from 84/4 to 98/4. But in his next over he reduced them 100/6, taking wickets on consecutive balls (though he didn't earn a hat trick). In his 3rd over, he took another wicket, reducing the champions to 107/7. He had match figures of 11-0-50-3.
